As weather heats up avoid water intoxication

Warmer weather is here and getting enough water is just as important as making sure you don't drink too much H-2-O.  Doctors at the Cleveland Clinic say water intoxication is a serious concern because it causes the salt in your blood to drop to a dangerously low level.  Doctors say instead of staying ahead of your thirst, just drink when you're thirsty.  It's your body's way of telling you it needs fluid.  The symptoms for over-hydration are similar to heat illness, including headache, confusion and seizures.
